EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, no worries we are here to help!
· We offer returns or exchange within 7 days for order from Asia and 30 days for overseas order.
· You can return your product for store credit, exchange to a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
· Sale items are Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable
· Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags
Return shipping fee-
If the goods are exchanged due to defective damage/mismatched goods <for example: order S code, received M code>,Simple Pure will be responsible for the freight for this journey;
If you need to return and exchange the goods due to inconsistent styles/dimensions/goods inconsistent with your imagination or other reasons, the round-trip postage will be borne by the customer.
Each order is limited to a one-time return and exchange arrangement. Customers are advised to check all returned goods as soon as possible, and they must be kept in their original condition, that is,unworn/used, uncut or unwashed.

PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
· 3-5 business days
· You will receive an email on the status of your return and the payment will be refund back to your original payment
· We will contact you if there is price difference on the exchange item
In case of any disputes, Simple Pure will have the final decision.
